Understand
your feelings
Disappointment, self-doubt or exhaustion do not have to disappear immediately. Together, we explore what you are experiencing, what you need and what helps you respond to yourself with greater kindness.
Creative personal development · One-to-one coaching
You handle so much. Yet simply keeping going no longer feels enough. Through guided imagery and creative prompts, explore what you need — and how to act on it.
Let’s talk about my next stepWith Sarah Jane Himmelsbach · You don’t have to walk this path alone.
Coaching available in English and German.
Space for what matters to you
You find solutions. Take responsibility. Keep going, even when life feels difficult. Perhaps these thoughts sound familiar: “I have to get through this on my own.” Or: “It’s always on me to carry everything.”
Your feelings often come last. And eventually, a question grows louder: Do I really want to keep living this way?
Here, you can express and explore what is on your mind. I support you in understanding your feelings, taking your needs seriously and treating yourself with more kindness.
You don’t need to paint or play an instrument. Working with inner imagery alone can also offer a way in.
Three equally valued perspectives
You may understand a situation intellectually and still feel uncertain or stuck. That is why your feelings and bodily experience also have a place in our work.
Which expectations and beliefs shape your everyday life? We explore thoughts such as “I must always be strong” and consider perspectives that could give you more freedom to act.
All three perspectives matter. Your needs and experience guide what we explore and which exercises we use.
Your one-to-one support
For people who achieve a great deal and carry responsibility — at work, in their families or for others — and want to make more space for themselves again.
Disappointment, self-doubt or exhaustion do not have to disappear immediately. Together, we explore what you are experiencing, what you need and what helps you respond to yourself with greater kindness.
Through guided imagery and bodily awareness, you explore experiences of safety and support. A personal body-based anchor can remind you of those experiences in everyday life.
What feels right for you — and what are you doing mainly to meet other people’s expectations? We explore needs, boundaries and possibilities, so you can develop a next step that fits your situation.
Your benefits
Our work is intended to support you beyond our conversations. Together, we discover what you can carry into your everyday life.
You can learn to notice your feelings and needs earlier, allow yourself to receive support and treat yourself less harshly. The aim is a stronger sense of inner support, including when things do not go as planned or others do not meet your expectations.
When you recognise your needs and boundaries more clearly, you can express concerns more consciously and make decisions that feel more aligned with you. We work with situations from your life: a difficult conversation, feeling unseen, or finding ways to carry responsibility without overlooking yourself.
You take away practical prompts: a body-based anchor, a short guided-imagery exercise or words for a conversation. We try what helps and reflect on your experience together. Change needs practice and space; I do not promise a particular outcome or a fixed timeframe.
Client reflections
Personal experiences of one-to-one coaching.
“An absolute game changer! What particularly impressed me was Sarah Jane’s ability to read between the lines and get to the heart of the real issue behind the one I brought to her.”
“Today, I feel a genuine sense of ease and self-confidence. […] Especially in difficult moments, Sarah Jane was a gentle yet powerful source of support.”
“Thanks to Sarah Jane, I have learned to recognise and understand my feelings better. Painting and the creative process bring so much clarity — an incredibly valuable experience!”
“My sessions with Sarah were elevating and liberating for she made me embrace my feelings and helped me understand and manage them. […] Sarah is amazing and you have to experience to understand. Today, I feel blessed, fulfilled and grateful and Sarah played a huge part in my journey.”
“At first, I hesitated. I felt exhausted inside and sceptical. But you met me exactly where I was — not with perfection or performance, but with genuine presence. You changed my thinking — and with it, my actions. And almost of its own accord, my life changed. Almost imperceptibly, yet tangibly and lastingly.”
How we work
We begin with what is on your mind. You decide what you want to share and what needs attention today.
Inner imagery, conscious awareness or a creative prompt offers another way to explore your situation. There is nothing you have to achieve.
We reflect on what you experienced. What needs, possibilities or familiar patterns do you recognise? You make sense of your own experience.
You choose a suitable next step or an exercise for daily life. As we continue, we explore what actually supports you.
You can be strong. And you can need support.
Your pace matters. You decide which exercises and personal topics feel right for you.
Your coach
Coach for creative personal development
For many years, I have supported people who achieve a great deal yet feel stuck. Often, they feel that their work, needs or abilities are not sufficiently seen or heard.
I support them in reconnecting with their own strength. Our conversations combine reflection with inner imagery and bodily awareness. We focus on your expression, your needs and the possibilities you want to discover for yourself.
My background as a violinist, composer and trained creative arts and music therapist shapes my approach to perception and expression. I offer attentive support and structure to the process. You decide your own path.
